1. About this service
TDAC Entry (tdac-entry.com) is an independent, unofficial assistance service. We help travelers complete and submit a Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC). We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the Thai Immigration Bureau or any official Thai government body. The official TDAC form is free on the government website.

2. What you pay for
When you place an order, you pay an assistance fee for us to:
- Collect the passport and travel details you enter.
- Take payment through Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
- Review your details and submit a TDAC application to the official system on your behalf.
- Email you when the application is completed or if we need more information.
The fee is shown before payment (typically USD 49 per applicant, or the amount displayed at checkout). That amount is our assistance fee, not a government charge. You can file a TDAC yourself at no charge on the official portal.
3. Your responsibilities
- Accuracy: You are responsible for passport data, travel dates, and contact details. A TDAC is tied to the passport you enter. Typos can make the document invalid or cause problems at the border.
- Travel documents: You must hold a valid passport and meet Thailand’s entry rules. A TDAC is not a visa and does not guarantee entry.
- Payment: Use a payment method you are authorized to use.
- Entry: Thai immigration officers decide whether you may enter. We cannot override that decision.
4. Processing time
Most applications are handled within about 1–20 minutes after payment. Times can be longer if the official system is slow, your data needs a correction, or we need to email you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the official immigration website, network outages, or incorrect data you submitted.
5. Refunds
Refunds apply to the assistance fee only. See our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care to submit the information you provide. We are not liable for:
- Errors in the data you entered (wrong passport number, name, or dates).
- Denial of entry or other decisions by Thai authorities.
- Outages or changes on the official TDAC system.
- Travel costs, missed flights, or other indirect loss.
If we are liable, our total liability for an order is limited to the assistance fee you paid for that order.

8. Disputes
These terms are the agreement between you and Webcat LLC (operator of tdac-entry.com). Please write to support@tdac-entry.com first. These terms are governed by the laws at the place of incorporation of the operating entity (Webcat LLC, Belarus). Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
