1. Who we are
TDAC Entry (tdac-entry.com) is an unofficial assistance service. We process personal data you submit so we can help complete and submit a Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC). We are not the Thai Immigration Bureau and this site is not an official government website.

2. What we collect
We collect what is needed to provide the assistance service:
- Traveler details: name, passport number, nationality, date of birth, gender, occupation, residence, and phone number.
- Trip details: arrival and departure dates, transport, flight or vehicle numbers, purpose of travel, and accommodation or transit status.
- Email: to send status updates and the completed TDAC.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We store payment status and identifiers (for example a checkout session or payment intent). We do not store full card numbers or CVV.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information that may appear in server logs.
- Attribution: UTM tags and referrer, if present in the URL when you apply.
3. Why we use it
- To review and submit your TDAC on the official system.
- To take payment and send receipts (via Stripe) and service emails.
- To prevent fraud and keep an order record.
- To understand site usage with Yandex Metrika (aggregated analytics).
- To answer support requests you send us.
4. Where data is stored and who sees it
- Neon (Postgres): application and order records.
- Fly.io: hosts this website and API.
- Stripe: payment processing. Card data stays with Stripe.
- Thai immigration system: the traveler data required to file a TDAC.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors above, or if the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order data while we need it to complete the service, handle refunds or disputes, and keep basic payment records. You can ask us to delete or correct data where that is legally possible.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete data where legally possible.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Receive a copy of data you provided (portability).

8. International transfers
Neon, Fly.io, Stripe, and Yandex may process data outside your country. By using the service you understand that your application data will also be sent to the official Thai TDAC system.
