What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. This site also uses localStorage (data kept in the browser, not sent as a cookie on every request). We only describe what this website actually uses — we do not set a separate session or CSRF cookie for the public form.
What we use
Yandex Metrika (counter 111688269)
Analytics cookies and similar technologies from Yandex to count visits, page views, and basic usage. This can include a webvisor/session recording feature. These are third-party cookies from mc.yandex.ru.
Language and form drafts (localStorage)
- tdac-locale: remembers the language you pick in the header (EN, DE, ES, FR, RU, UA, ZH, MS, HI, KO, JA, SG, ID, VI).
- tdacFormState / tdacCurrentStep: on the application form, a draft of what you typed so you do not lose it if you refresh. Cleared after a successful payment.
- UTM values: if you arrive with campaign tags in the URL, we may store them in localStorage so the order can be attributed. That is not a cookie.
Stripe (checkout only)
When you pay, Stripe’s checkout and payment fields may set their own cookies to process the card payment securely. We do not store full card numbers on tdac-entry.com.
Google Ads (conversion tag)
A Google Ads tag (AW-18344373426) is loaded on public pages for conversion measurement. Google may set advertising or measurement cookies.
How to control them
You can delete cookies and site data in your browser. Blocking Yandex or Google cookies does not stop you from applying. Clearing localStorage will reset language and any unsaved form draft.
Typical browser paths:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
